Pro:Idiom - General Troubleshooting

1. Is the order number correct?
   • Confirm the order you are working with is the correct order. Confirm this by comparing the root directory name with the expected order number. 
     • Going by the barcode can be misleading sometimes as the labels can occasionally get put on the wrong drive.
     • Some customers have multiple encoding profiles for different systems and occasionally drives get mixed up or the wrong drive is received. 
2. Is the content encoded with the correct encoding profile for your playback environment?
   • Pro:Idiom content can only be played on Pro:Idiom compatible systems.
3. Is the file size accurate for the encode type?
   • For USB Drives, you can calculate an estimated file size for a title depending on the runtime.

     • Format	Half Hour Show Size	2 hr Movie Size
       HD (8 Mbps)	1.76 GB	7 GB
       SD (4 Mbps)	900 MB	3.5 GB

   • If the file was downloaded from Aspera, compare the downloaded files with the originals on Aspera.

4. Is the file structure correct?
