Cloud Streaming - SAML SSO - Multiple Streaming Portals

You may run into an issue where another streaming portal is using the same identity provider ID as the one you are having an issue with. Please keep in mind that a SAML SSO Entity ID can only be used on one Swank Streaming portal. You might receive an error similar to the ones shown below. 

• "Unable to find Authentication Configuration for portal"

• Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
  • 

 

Resolution: If your identity provider instance/tenant is being used by multiple streaming portals, we advise moving to the new authentication process that will allow multiple portals to be configured with the same identity provider instance.
