How to Change your download speed in the IBM Aspera Download Client

Log into the cdntransfer.swank.com with your credentials.

Choose a file to download

Start the download you should see the transfer window below:

Click on the button to the right with squiggly line as above with “Red underline”.

This will pull up the Transfer Monitor window below.

Move your mouse to the top arrow on the left of the graft and slide it up to the speed you would like.

At the bottom of the window there is a drop down arrow you can change it to High or other settings then close the Transfer Monitor Window.
