DMP - Apply License Extension

(Note: your interface may look slightly different if you are using an older DMP version, but the steps are the same.)

1. Confirm the content you are attempting to extend the license for is in your content library still. If the content is not in your library the extension code will not work.
2. Copy your license extension code to a USB drive. It's best not to open and save the file as this could change the encoding/formatting of the code. We recommend to just copy the entire file to your USB drive.
3. Attach the USB drive to the intended DMP.
4. Navigate to your Content Library and select Apply License Extension.

5. Enter the license code provided by your account executive to the player needing the updated licensing. This can be done 2 different ways.
   1. Copy and paste the code
      1. Copy and paste the code directly into the text box.
      2. Click Apply
   2. Browse to the code (recommended)
      1. Click on Browse
         • 
      2. Navigate to find Coupon Click open then Click Apply
         • 
6. Check to see that your Movie Titles have updated to the new end license date
