DMP - Content Delivery

Summary

There are two ways to receive content for your DMP, USB Hard Drive Delivery or Network Download via Aspera. Additional details for each method are provided below.

USB Hard Drive Delivery

All DMPs are configured to detect Swank Content USB hard drives when connected. A prompt will be presented to begin the ingest when the drive is plugged in. In order to process USB hard drive content updates, follow the steps outlined in the link below:

Network Download via Aspera

Some customers prefer to download the USB hard drive shipment payload from Aspera (hosted by us) and create USB drives with it at their location. This would need to be discussed with your Account Executive to create an Aspera account. Once the content order is downloaded, you would process it the same way as a physical USB hard drive (detailed above).
