Cloud Streaming - Licensing Start and End Date Descrepancies

License Gap not Reflected on Portal

A cloud streaming portal will display full date ranges (for example, September 2, 2025 to November 30, 2026) so long as the licensing for that title remains reasonably consistent.  In other words, there can be small gaps in the license periods for movies and they will not necessarily be reflected in the displayed start and end dates.

Start/End Date off by a Day

Check the portal Timezone. If it's not accurate it could show slightly ahead/behind by a few hours.
 
Example:

• If the license was set to expire at 11:59:59 PM on April 30, Central time, then...
• That would correspond to 12:59:59 AM on May 1, Eastern time.
