If you have configured single sign on (SSO) and you do not see the SSO button, this could be for a few different reasons:
Activate SSO
Make sure you have activated SSO in your cloud streaming portal.
- SAML
- Login to your streaming portal with an Admin account and navigate to Authentication > SAML Settings. Click the Activate button located on the top right of the SAML Settings page.
- OAuth
- Login to your streaming portal with an Admin account and navigate to Authentication > Google OAuth. Click the Activate button located on the top right of the Google OAuth settings page.
Admin vs User URL
Keep in mind there are two URLs to login to your streaming portal. The examples below are for demonstrative purposes only and are not working links. You would need the Tenant Paths at the end of the URL for them to work correctly.
- Registered Local Admin Account:
- Example: https://digitalcampus.swankmp.net/admin/TENANTPATH
- Note the admin part of the path is different from your normal user login page. This page will not show the single sign on button.
- User Login Page:
- Example: https://digitalcampus.swankmp.net/TENANTPATH
- If your streaming portal has single sign on (SSO) enabled, you would click the School Account button. (Note: your button may have different text as it is customizable.
- You can also get to the registered user login page by clicking on the "Sign in another way" link below the SSO button.
