DMP - LogMeIn Install

Notes: Prior to running this installation:

• You will need to contact the Swank Digital Support Team to obtain credentials.
• The machine requires an outbound connection via port 443 which would communicate with the secure.logmein.com end-point

1. Connect to the desired machine you want remote access to.
2. Go to the following link to download the install file:
   • LogMeIn - Remote Access and Desktop Control Software
3. Create a descriptive name including the name of your organization and check the box indicating you have received this link from a trusted source.

4. Click the Download Now button.
   • 
5. Open the downloaded file.
6. Check the License Agreement box and select Next.
   • 
7. Click Next
   • 
8. Select Typical and click Next.
   • 
9. The previous Description should be filled in, click Next
   • 
10. Click Next
    • 
11. Use the credentials acquired previously from the Swank Digital Support Team to run the install.
12. Click Finish
    • 
13. The LogMeIn Control Panel should be displayed.
    • 
14. Close the control panel and select to Remember this and don’t ask me again.
    • 
15. The LogMeIn icon should now be in your system tray.
