Automatic Delivery
Many Swank products automatically receive content updates when connected to the internet, ensuring users always have access to the latest content orders without manual intervention. Please note for on-premise devices the connection will need to meet specific technical requirements which can be found in the respective links below.

Network Download
Network downloads are available via IBM Aspera. IBM Aspera is a high-speed data transfer solution designed to move large files quickly and securely over wide area networks (WANs). It leverages its patented FASP (Fast and Secure Protocol) technology to outperform traditional transfer protocols, making it ideal for large media files. Inquire with your Account Executive to establish your Aspera account. Once configured, you will be provided with credentials to login and download your content orders. Network downloads are available for the following content types:
- Cinelink
- Digital Media Player (DMP)
- Disconnected On-Premise Streaming Server
- Pro:Idiom
- Samsung LYNK
- Third-party system content not using the Swank DRM platform
USB Hard Drive Delivery
Some customers may be in environments where internet access is not readily available. These customers will receive content updates via a physical USB hard drive shipment. Any content available for Network Download can alternatively be configured to be delivered via USB Hard Drive if needed.
