Content Delivery - USB Hard Drive Shipment

Summary

Some customers may be in environments where internet access is not readily available.  These customers can receive content updates via a physical USB hard drive shipment.

Hardware Specifications

As of 2023, we are using a mix of 1TB hard drives from 2 different venders (Western Digital and Toshiba). They are all USB 3.0 hard drives that do not require software or drivers for them to work other than the software required for decrypting the content.
