Physical Server - Packing Return Equipment

Please use this guide for packing and returning your Swank Digital Media Player or Streaming Server.

• To acquire a box for your server, we suggest buying one here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07W5X1DMY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_image_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1  or, request one from your Account Executive
   
• Use the enclosed foam packaging and place these over both ends of the server:
  
• Slide the foam and server into the box as shown:
  
• Tape the box closed and adhere the included UPS return label to the outside of the box.
  
• Please cover or mark out all original shipping labels on the box
  

**For US Domestic returns only - If you do not have a shipping label, please contact your Account Representative to provide you with a label. 

Important: The hard drives in the server contain Swank licensed content and are the property of Swank Motion Pictures These should be returned to Swank for proper disposal, per our security policy. Removing the hard drives would also prevent us from performing any post-mortem on this server.
