Please be aware that downloaded films will expire based on the lesser of:
- The proper license end date for the film
- Or 72 hours following the download
For example:
- You have licensed a film and the license end date for that film is Sunday, May 26 at 11:59 PM.
- You download that film on Thursday, May 23 at 1:00 PM.
- Your download will expire on Sunday, May 26 at 1:00 PM.
- In this scenario, you will not be able to show the downloaded film at 7:00 PM on Sunday, May 26.
You can avoid this situation by refreshing the license information prior to your intended show time. It is not necessary to download the film a second time. Just restart the Swank Download Manager application or use the refresh license button that appears in the upper right of that application. Your computer must be online in order for the refresh to work.
