Note: If you see a red HDCP indicator in the upper left area of the screen (below) or the HDMI port(s) show "not connected" under Settings. Please see the following article as it is most likely an HDCP issue: Cinelink HDCP Error-1
A red HDCP error indicator in the upper left of the main screen.
If you do not see a red HDCP icon as noted above, and you are getting an error similar to the one shown below, there could be an issue with the content file you are attempting to play.
Please contact Swank Digital Support and advise what Title is having the issue and the Asset Tag ID from your Cinelink device. You may need to remove the Cinelink stand if it is underneath.
If your Cinelink is connected to the internet or can be temporarily, it is also helpful to send Diagnostic information located under System Settings. You may access the Cinelink⢠player's Settings by selecting the gear icon near the top right corner of the Cinelink⢠interface and pressing OK - or - by pressing the Menu button on the remote control.
From the Settings screen, you can select Diagnostics and then click Send to Swank on the Diagnostics screen.
