Required Network Endpoints
Below are the required endpoints, protocols, and ports to open on your network.

udp/fasp:3300112.38.100.87 Content updates to on-site Streaming Server via Aspera FASP protocol.
Note: If you have verified that there are no restrictions within your network and your connection is being refused, please contact Swank Digital Support with your public IP address to ensure it is not being blocked. Not all IP address ranges are permitted by default.
Drive Space
Is there enough space on the drive you are attempting to download to?
- Your download destination can be reviewed under Preferences
Log Files
You can access log files also from the Activity menu to see if there is any additional information as to why the download is failing.
