If you are having trouble ingesting content on a non-Swank system:
- Confirm you are ingesting the correct USB Content Drive order.
- Your order number should be on the shipping manifest and should match the barcode label attached to the USB drive.
- You should also connect the drive to a computer and confirm the order folder matches the label that's attached to the drive. For more details about the drive folder structure see: Content Specifications
- If the drive is not being read, try connecting to a different computer, USB port, and test with a known working USB cable.
- If your system is not finding the correct publicity or metadata you can confirm its location on the manifest.xml included with the order. For more details about the drive folder structure see: Content Specifications
- If the drive seems to be functioning, you have the correct order, and there is no content missing you may need to contact support for the system you are attempting to ingest to. Swank support will not be able to assist with any non-Swank systems.
