Swank Channel TV Puck — Quick Connection Guide
Your Swank Channel TV Puck arrives pre-configured by Swank. No additional setup or configuration is required. Simply connect the puck to your display, network, and power.
1. Connect to Your Display
Connect the Mini HDMI cable from the puck to an available HDMI input on your TV or monitor.
Make sure the TV or monitor is set to the corresponding HDMI input.
2. Connect to Your Network
Connect an Ethernet cable from the puck to your network using an available router, network switch, or wall jack.
The puck requires an active network connection to access and display your Swank Channel TV content.
3. Connect Power
Connect the USB-C power cable to the puck, then connect the power adapter to an electrical outlet.
The puck will power on automatically.
What to Expect
After power is connected, you will see a splash screen while the puck starts up. Allow approximately 1–2 minutes for the puck to establish its network connection.
Once the network connection is established, you should see “Updating” on the display. This means the puck is downloading the latest stream information and settings. Allow approximately 5–10 minutes for the initial update to complete.
Once the update is complete, your Swank Channel TV content will begin playing automatically.
Do not disconnect power or network connectivity while the puck is updating.
