Role Descriptions
There are several roles with different levels of access:
- Basic: Individuals with the basic role may view titles that are shared to them in the form of a Watch link provided by an Instructor of Administrator.
- User: Individuals with the user role may access the Content Catalog to search and view licensed content.
- Instructor: Instructors may access the Content Catalog to search/view licensed content and place requests for new titles.
- Administrator: Administrator is the highest level of access and has all of the instructor role capabilities in addition to the ability to add new users, approve title request and configure other authentication methods.
