Content Order File Structure
Below is the basic file structure of an order with directories in bold. The orders are within the sequential numbered files under each Year/Month the order was delivered.

If you are experiencing issues with a specific title, please contact Swank Digital Support with the specifics of what you are experiencing. Please include timeframes if applicable. We will pass this on to our Content Team and they will review the issue being reported. If a confirmed issue is found, a new encode will be created and made available for download.
Note: A preview watermark will be present if it is outside of your content license window start and end dates. During the licensed period it will not be there.
