DMP - Scheduled Time Zone Change Issue

Issue: A scheduled time change is executed at a random time.

Resolution:

1. Confirm the software is up to date
   • DMP 8 Software: Swank DMP Download (swankmp.com)
   • DMP9 Software: Swank DMP Download (swankmp.net)
2. Confirm the server Region is set to English(United States) 12 hour format as shown below.
   • 
3. Confirm time changes are not being made outside of the application.
   • If time changes are made at the OS level, the DMP application will need to be restarted to recognize the change.
4. Reinstall the application.
