DMP 8 Software Update/Install

In-Place Upgrade

If you are not on the latest version you should see an Update Available button in the lower right corner of the DMP application.

New Install

The most recent version of the DMP9 Software can be downloaded from the link below.

Uninstall/Reinstall

1. Download the latest version of DMP8 from the link below.
   • DMP8: Swank DMP Download (swankmp.com)
2. From the DMP right click on the Windows icon in the lower left and select Apps and Features.
3. Right click Digital Media Player Software and select uninstall.
4. Reboot.
5. Install DMP software downloaded in step 1.
6. Reboot again.

*This update is only available for Swank Digital Media Player version 8. It will not operate as a stand alone application on another PC, or update any legacy Swank Digital Media Players (e.g.: version 6.3.6, 7.x, 3.x).
