Do not connect the Cinelink™ player's power cord until all other connections have been made and your display/projector is powered on.
Please keep in mind the remote can only be used to power down the Cinelink. You have to power on the device using the button shown on the front of the Cinelink below:
In some scenarios the device could be powered on, but the display is not showing anything. If the blue light on the front of the Cinelink is on that means that the Cinelink is powered on and you may need to confirm your display connections.
If the device is indeed not powering on, please contact your account executive with the Asset Tag number of the device and they will advise on how they would like to proceed as far as a replacement is concerned.
IMPORTANT! Cinelink devices are proprietary and should not be repaired. If a device is malfunctioning, please let us know and we can work to replace it.
