Confirm Status of Hard Drive

Hard Drive Replacement
If a faulty hard drive is identified, you can try reseating it (Pull it out and then slide it back in). If this does not correct the issue, you will need to contact Swank Digital Support to assist. Send the following details when reporting a failed hard drive:

Service tag - The service tag number can usually be found on either the LED on the front of the server, by pulling out the information tag on the front of the server, or on a sticker on the chassis of the system. Alternatively, you can run the command below from a command prompt:
wmic bios get serialnumber
- Model Number - This can be confirmed by searching for the service tag on the Dell support site: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us
- Drive Capacity and Speed - This will be on the top of the drive. You can send with the other details or just send a picture of the top of the drive.
