Cached License Server - Health Check

Customers can utilize the health check page to help diagnose issues with a cached license server. The URL for these health checks is: https://your_custom_dns_value.swankmp.net/healthz.

Connection Degraded/Unhealthy

If your server shows a degraded or unhealthy state for any connectivity issues, please reference the document linked below for the appropriate endpoint requirements:

•  Network Requirements

One way to verify connectivity is to log into the Cached License Server and telnet to the different endpoints and ports.  Be careful though since in some network setups, telnet can give you a false positive. It is best to verify with your network security team as well.

Database  Degraded/Unhealthy

If the database is in a Degraded or Unhealthy state, try rebooting the VM.
