- Confirm your license server has connected recently to receive the latest updates. Further details for checking the state of your server can be found at the link below:
- If your server has the appropriate connectivity for updates, but still seems to be having trouble issuing licenses for content, you can confirm the current licenses using the API call below:

- Note: The example above will need to be customized by inserting your DNS VALUE and STREAMING PORTAL ID.

Output: This should output a list of all the current licenses on your server including the license Start Date, End Date, and Product Number.
