Cloud Streaming - Clever SAML Authentication

Direct Clever Authentication Currently Unavailable

Clever is discontinuing new SAML integrations and no longer allows self-service creation of SAML applications. Any SAML setup must be done by Clever, but they are not offering this service currently.

Clever recommends that Swank participate in their Clever Complete program for a turnkey OAuth-based integration rather than using SAML. However, due to various constraints, a direct Clever-to-Swank SSO integration is currently unavailable.

Recommended Alternative Approach

 For the near term, Clever has recommended configuring Swank as an external link within Clever and leveraging an alternate identity provider for SSO, such as Google SAML.  Documentation on how to complete these steps can be found at the links below:

This approach will allow your users to continue accessing the Swank Digital Campus portal with SSO, without requiring a direct Clever integration.
