Cloud Streaming - Download Manager - Application Crashing

Issue: The Swank Download Manager application experiences a crash or unexpectedly closes whenever the user clicks on the "Start Download" button. 

Resolution:

1. Try restarting the application and/or device. These temporary problems are often resolved simply by restarting the device or application, which helps clear out any transient errors and refreshes the system’s processes. Therefore, performing a restart is a recommended first step to troubleshoot and potentially fix the problem before considering more involved solutions.
2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the application. This issue may arise as a result of a corrupted installation of the software or application. When the installation files become damaged or incomplete, it can lead to various problems and malfunctions.
