Note: Searching for unlicensed content is only available for streaming portals designated for educational purposes. All other portals only show the licensed content available in your content library.
Browse the Content Catalog

All of the titles licensed to your organization are shown at the top of the Content Catalog under "Licensed Content"
Use the arrow to browse available titles:
- Licensed Content - All titles your organization has licensed
- Newly Available - Highlights new releases and titles with newly acquired rights that are available for licensing
- Content Spotlight - Titles that are trending or aligned with calendar events or the time of year
Click the arrows to see additional titles
If you select See All, the results will be displayed in a grid which you may export the list to Excel. Note: The export is limited to 500 titles. If you need a more in-depth report of available content, please contact your Swank Account Representative.
Search by Title or Person
1. Enter a keyword in the Search box, selecting Person if you want to look for an actor or director rather than a Title. Note: The searches by person appear in results if they are one of the top five actors.
The immediate search results appear under the search bar - click on one of the results shown or click See All for the complete list
Clicking on any poster's title displays a preview screen:
- Click Watch to view the title or see additional information

Click Trailer to view the title trailer (not all content has trailers)

Click Share to copy links for your syllabus, email or learning management system
If the title is licensed, you may click Renew. If the title is unlicensed, click Request to complete a request form (school approval may be required)
Filter Content Catalog
1. Click the filter arrow to display all filters
2. Click a filter on the left to see the options on the right
3. Click on a filter option and a list of titles will be displayed
4. License status informs you of the title's availability
