Note: There are some instances where a previous request was not marked as delivered/notified. Going forward any new deliveries should get marked as delivered/notified and prevent notification of the previous requests. |
Common Notification Issues
Issue: Email notification not received
Resolution: This could be due to a few issues:
- Emails from our Cloud Streaming platform originate from the email address below. To ensure proper delivery of these emails, please whitelist this address in your mail application or Spam filter. This may require you submitting this to your IT staff.
- To receive Title Request notifications or to be notified when a New Title has been added, you must subscribe under the Email Notifications section of your cloud streaming portal.
Issue: A notification was sent that content has been renewed, even when though we didn't renew it recently.
Resolution: This is expected. When a streaming title is updated, and the license date has been changed at some point in the past it will kick off this notification. The statement below in the notification is meant to cover this discrepancy.
- "You are receiving this email because the following title has been licensed to your streaming portal or the license dates to an existing title have been updated.”
