Cinelink™ - Freeze on Boot Up

Issue: The Cinelink device only displays the Cinelink logo on boot up.

Resolution: When you have two displays connected to the Cinelink, it’s normal for HDMI 1 to display only the Cinelink logo until a movie begins to play. If an HDMI cable is connected to the HDMI 2 port, anything on the other end could cause the Cinelink to display the user interface out of that port. This could explain why you only see the Cinelink logo on HDMI 1. To test if the Cinelink is functioning, disconnect anything from HDMI 2 and reboot.

If the issue persists it could be an indicator the hard drive has failed and you should contact your Account Executive to see about getting a replacement unit.
