Will Not Power On

Issue: Are you attempting to power on the Cinelink with the remote or the button on the front of the device?

Resolution: Please keep in mind the remote can only be used to power down the Cinelink.

 Not Responding to Remote

Issue: Can you confirm the USB dongle for the remote is attached to the Cinelink?

Resolution: The Cinelink remote and USB receiver are a matched pair and cannot be used to control multiple devices. Only the specific remote paired with the dongle will work.
