Missing Notificaiton
Issue: Email notification not received
Resolution: This could be due to a few issues:
- Emails from our Cloud Streaming platform originate from the email address below. To ensure proper delivery of these emails, please whitelist this address in your mail application or Spam filter. This may require you submitting this to your IT staff.
- To receive Title Request notifications or to be notified when a New Title has been added, you must subscribe under the Email Notifications section of your cloud streaming portal.
Duplicate/Erroneus Notification
Issue: A notification was sent that content has been renewed, even when though we didn't renew it recently.
Resolution: This message can sometimes be triggered by a content re-packaging process. Content re-packaging can take place at any time, when a movie is re-packaged in this way, it is re-licensed to all the customers who have it in their catalog. We understand that this type of re-licensing should not trigger a message like this and that it can be confusing to our customers. This issue has been reported to our Development and Infrastructure teams. They are determining how to best handle these scenarios in the future.
