Issue: You received an email notification that there are Title Requests awaiting your approval, but when you login they are not visible.
Resolutions:
- Check the filters for Title Requests to ensure they are not being filtered from your view:
- Confirm you are logged in with your Admin account if you have more than one account with different roles assigned. When logged in as an Admin you should see the word (Admin) next to your display name in the top right corner.
- Note: Keep in mind that requests made by a user with an Admin role will not require approval.
