How to access Zendesk tickets and internal articles
- Browse to : https://swankmp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
- Click "Sign In" in the upper right corner
- Click "Switch to agent sign-in"
- This will direct you to Microsoft Swank Active Directory login where you will use your Swank login credentials for access. If you are already logged into Swank AD, you should be logged straight in
- You will be taken to the Knowledge Base or "Guide" landing page. This is where you will find you will find both public and internal technical articles on our products and services
- To access Tickets, click the "waffle" (Four squares) in the upper right corner and choose "Support"
- This will list tickets that you are listed as the "requester". You may need to search for the ticket if you are not the requester. To do this, click the Magnifying glass in the upper right corner and search for the ticket number, customer name, or subject title.
